 'The guys at Big White Van were excellent and hassle-free. From the initial contact via their website to the visit for the quote and the removal itself - everything was done quickly and efficiently.After the initial visit, a well priced quote was quickly given and their removal resources (packaging, etc) explained. I had packed my own stuff so there was even less for me to worry about!The guys turned up exactly on time, took a look at what was to be removed and begun. When their van was packed they drove to my new house and unpacked. It really was as simple as that! The guys unpacked my belongings and placed the appropriate boxes and furniture in the correct rooms - upstairs and downstairs with out a hitch. There was no damage and the removal was done quicker than what was expected. As such, bigwhitevan.co.uk only charged for the amount of time they worked and nothing else. This was a very welcome surprise to me as we areal aware moving house is not a cheap game!
